Challenge:
Here's a tale as old as time. A patient walks into a health clinic and is handed a giant stack of paper. The following 15 minutes of their lives are spent frantically filling out intake and consent forms, hoping they didn't miss a signature. This had been the process at all Novella Infusion clinics across New England for years. Admittedly, this is not the best patient experience, but the fun didn't stop there. Novella Infusion doesn't have to train dozens of administrators about proper file naming conventions and no longer needs to worry about what happens if a piece of paper is misplaced. If the patient forgets to complete their paperwork in advance, they are handed a tablet at the clinic and can quickly complete the intake process before their appointment.
